Week 1: Abstain from all sweets ( soda, cakes, pies, cereals, no added sugar etc.)
Week 2: Abstain from all meats (fish, seafood, beef, pork, chicken etc)
Week 3: Abstain from all breads, pastas, rice, & fried foods
- Limit your social media and television - Read at least 1 chapter from Old & New Testament daily - Pray and Meditate on God’s Word - Create a spiritual atmosphere with Gospel/ Praise & Worship music
Weekly Prayer calls will take place every Friday @7:30pm
