I took a leap of faith and attended this workshop session with Agape ministries in October 2021. I was at the lowest point after the passing of my mother.  What I learned in that first session helped me to navigate my grieving process in ways and measures seen only through experience. It was a safe place to cry, find other people going through loss as well as those who had moved through grief and were able to function. The videos and workbook help to ease my apprehension about being able to move forward in a healthy way, and also gave me creative ways to continue the holidays with my mom at the center. My entire family was so thankful for how we chose to survive these special days. Two years later. I continue to participate in the sessions and can feel and see the difference in me after such a significant loss.
